It only took 10 minutes for an almost finished home to be completely destroyed after extreme winds lashed Victoria's high country last weekend. Gabrielle Mahoney and her dad were in his tiny home, having just finished checking out his newly built home in Piries, near Mansfield, when they saw the wind start to pick up. Within moments, the wind escalated into a roar.
